Own bedroom and lounge in Ruddington weekdays

I have two rooms on the third floor of my house that I would like to rent out. The bedroom has a double bed, small table/desk, wardrobe and the small lounge has a sofa and TV. Bathroom is on the second floor and is for your sole use. There is bedroom on the second floor which also has a double bed if you prefer to be closer to the toilet and bathroom.
