There is a very large garden Ideal for BBQs and chilling in the sun. A bus runs from a nearby bus stop every 20min during peak times to the city centre and West Bridgford centre. Across the road is a park and there is a really nice local pub.
All bills are included and there is a cleaner who comes every other week.
