The room is furnished. It's a clean and quiet house, situated on a quiet street in Sherwood only 2 min walk to Mansfield road. Excellent transport links to Nottingham city centre (10 min by bus) and nearby towns. Excellent local amenities. Broadband and all other bills are included. There is plenty of parking, a lovely garden, patio and a garage with lots of storage space. There are two other lodgers in the house at the moment - both professionals. The room has a huge built in wardrobe and built it shelves. Lots of storage is also available in the garage.

It really is a lovely, peacuful house.
