The property is in a fantastic location opposite several local shops and convenience stores. There is also an Asda a few across the road and a Morrissons a bit further on from that. Both McDonalds and KFC have just opened restaurants a few minutes down the road which shows a good level of investment in the area.

Transport links are also perfect with Langley Mill train station 1 minute away that takes you to Nottingham, Sheffield, Leeds and Manchester and there is also a bus stop outside that can also connect you to the local towns and villages.

I am very easy going landlord and will go that extra mile for my tenants. All I ask is that you pay your rent on time and respect the house and your house mates.
