From the 3rd November i will have a large double room to rent, in a lovely and light 1970's mid-terraced house in Mapperley, Nottingham.
Rent is £400 (Including bills -Rent/Utilities/Council Tax/Sky ). However if the room isnt required full time, then i would be happy to negotiate the rent.
The room is unfurnished but it does have built-in wardrobes, however if a bed etc are required i am happy to supply them, it also has a free view tv point.
The house has open plan living & dining area, with sky and sky broadband, kitchen with all amenities, 2 double bedrooms and a study/small single room, bathroom with bath & shower and a small pebbled garden.
The property is close to Nottingham City Centre - 5 minutes in the car and a couple of minutes drive from Mapperley top where the main pubs, restaurants, shops etc are.
I am a 31yr old professional female, clean, tidy and sociable, and happy to share with either male or female.
