This three bedded house is on Heron drive, a quite housing estate in Lenton, a popular student area which is also conveniently close to Queen's Medical Centre. We're Looking for one more tenant to take over the tenancy until July 2014 (possibly extension if required).

Currently there are two lovely and friendly house mates one female and one male. The original tenants (myself and a friend) have moved out to to peruse a career in different cities.

The only room that is available is the double room that looks over the back garden. The room has a wardrobe with two drawers, a computer desk, shelving, bedside table and a double bed.
