Hi. I'm looking for a new flatmate to share a nicely converted Victorian property in Sherwood Rise. It is a second floor flat and has nice views. The bedroom is really big - probably the biggest you'll find - with room for a sofa, desk and optional dancing. The flat is off a quiet road in Sherwood Rise, but within very easy reach of the more happening areas of Forest Fields, Carrington and Sherwood. It is also only 30 minutes walk from the city centre with bus routes running past both ends of the street. There is a good size communal garden and private parking space. Bills and rent come to £320 to £350 per month, depending on how much gas we've used. N. B. The room is unfurnished, and references and a credit check are required.
