Double Room in Mapperley

I have a double room to let out in my house, I live at NG3. The house is 3 bed detached with drive, garage, garden and conservatory. I'm looking for £400pcm all in. I'm a 39 year old male, however I prefer to say 35D (It makes me feel younger.) Im a non smoking professional and im out at work most of the time. I do enjoy socialising and spending most of my time performing outdoor activities, however when I wish to spend some quiet time in my house, I would prefer it to be clean and tidy, but I am not obsessive over this. It is a ten minute bus ride into town and the busses run every 15min, the bus stops not being far from my house. If you are interested, the pubs are a ten minute walk to Mapperley tops or a five minute walk to the punch bowl. Shops are also located on Mapperely Tops.
