This is a lovely, spacious home in Lady Bay, West Bridgford. The house is very close to the River Trent, a 10 minute bus ride to the city centre and a short walk to West Bridgford town Centre.

We have one large double bedroom available to rent. It is freshly decorated, well furnished with plenty of storage,

The house has a large shared lounge, dining room/office, breakfast kitchen, separate utility room and bathroom with separate toilet. Outside there is a very pretty garden, outhouses and secure, covered bike storage.

There is a weekly cleaner/gardener for the shared parts of the house.

Looking for a mature and respectful tenant who likes a clean, tidy and friendly home. and works usual office hours.
