3 rooms available to rent in a friendly house!

This is a large friendly house of students in the centre of Lenton (a 15 minute walk from the city centre). 3 of us are going travelling for 2 months and need people to fill the rooms. Happy to rent to individuals or groups. The current housemates are 3 males, aged 23, one who works at the university and 2 in their final year of their studies at university.

One member of the house will be sitting his final exams during the time, so looking for quiet, tidy housemates.

There is a spacious living room, well equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, also 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Also a small yard area and bike shed.
