Comfortable and furnished room in Victoria Park

I am looking for someone to lodge my spare room at the top of my lovely 3 storey victorian house. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, drawers, rail and chair. There is also a small annex attached idea for working or chilling! The room is a decent size and has a good feel about it.
The rent includes all bills; council tax, gas & electric, broadband & water. The deposit is £200.
You will have use of the kitchen which is large and has a big eating area & the new clean bathroom (bath also.)
The location is just behind the victoria leisure centre (sneiton market) so the walk into hockley takes around 5 minutes.
I am a yoga teacher. I am into cooking, music, like mind-people and all i ask is that you are tidy, honest and respectful.
Ideally looking for a female.
