Spare room close to the University of Nottingham

We are 3 guys (2 professionals and 1 PhD student) aged between 27 and 35 and we are looking for a new housemate.
The minimum stay should be around 5-6 months, according with our letting agency.

The house is placed in Lenton, Nottingham, 5 minutes walk to the University campus and to the Queen Medical Center and 10 minutes to any big supermarket.

There is a broadband connections and the shared spaces are kitchen (with also a dishwasher), living room and a small laundry (with washing machines).
There are one big bathroom (with a proper shower/bathub) and a small one (only sink and toilette); the large bathroom will serve 3 of the 4 tenants, since one of the room already filled has got its own bathroom.

There is also a small garden on the back and in the area are available several parking slots.
