Newly Done Up 2 Bedroom House

Hi, from the beginning of April there will be a shared 2 bedroom house available to rent.

It will have a new fitted kichen, new double glazing, be freshly decorated with new carpets, semi funished and a small garden.

I will be occupying one room and the other will be up for rent.
I work for the owner of the house who's company is just down the road so I am looking for someone long term and friendly, prefer professionals even though in some cases DSS is welcome.

My preference is females as they are usually neater, cleaner and I do tend to get on with them more. Also have had bad experiences sharing with males. Not to forget they smell nicer too.

Im a quite type of guy thats looking to enjoy my time and build my future, I like good food, good films and abit of a fitness freak though I do smoke and eat alot of pizza.
