Spacious double room in shared house

I am going on a medical elective on 19th April this year and so will be moving out of my house early, leaving an empty room to be filled! The room comfortably has a double bed with plenty of floor space around. There are 2 wardrobes, shelves, drawers and a large desk with a desk chair.

The house is in a great location near the Savoy cinema in Lenton. It is a short walk from the centre of town one way and the university the other. There is also a small Sainsbury 3 minutes away!

It is a 6 bed house with a large shared living area and separate kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There are 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms. A small yard at the back of the house, big enough for a BBQ in the summer, and a bike shelter at the back. Parking is on the road at the front of the house, permit required.

The current housemates are all friendly, considerate and clean. One of them will be taking his final university exams in May and so we are looking for a quiet new housemate who will be respectful of this.
