The house is very modern with the latest technology incorporated into it e. g. Sonos is built in to the kitchen/dining room should you wish to listen to music in that room, it also has a 65" tv.
The living room is for entertainment and relaxing , so you can enjoy listening to music or watching movies with the wall mounted 58" tv, watching movies and sports are a delight.
The pics do not do the house justice and I would recommend if you wish to live in a modern surrounding with the latest technology then visiting is a must. Couples will pay slightly more than the rent advertised and is negotiable.
I have a double garage which has been filled with the latest professional gym equipment and also benefits from professional gym flooring, the gym consists of pro running machine, exercise bike, cross trainer, rowing machine and a plethora of free weights and Medicine balls
I am looking for people that enjoy their surrounding and together with the other tenants will look after the place, although I own the property, I am in no way autocratic and you should feel as an equal living in the property, although i do have a bedroom in the house, i rarely visit. I am respectful of privacy, but also enjoy socialising.
The house is fully alarmed and benefits from outside CCTV so rest assured your possessions are safe, I also live in a new build estate so all working professionals/retired people surround us.
