One double bedroom to rent in a lovely Victorian home, to share with one female and one male, (not a couple) on Morley Avenue (not Winchester street as on the map) You would be sharing with me (an Art teacher) and my friend James who is wonderfully clean and tidy! We are both relaxed and friendly.

The house is only 2 minutes walk to a corner shop and Woodborough Road with frequent buses to city centre (approx. 10 minute journey to town). It's only 10 minutes walk to Mapperley Top with a wide range of food and clothing shops, pubs, bars and restaurants. It's also only 10 minutes walk to Sherwood shops with a Wilkinson's, co-op supermarket, fresh fruit and veg' shops and a great range of takeaways and restaurants including Indian, Italian, Polish, English and Japanese.

There is also a lovely large park only 5 minutes walk (Woodthorpe park) with golf and a tropical hot house.
