The house is in Sneinton, within 5-10mins walk of Hockley and the City Centre.

The house has a large living room, 2 big bedrooms and 2 spare rooms, clean bathroom with storage, kitchen with white goods, a cellar for extra storage and an outdoor terrace.

The bedroom available is currently part-furnished with shelving and a walk in wardrobe. I can arrange a double bed if required.

You would also have access to your own spare room downstairs. This would be perfect if you need a lot of storage or would like your own office/study.

The pictures show the house unfurnished, I will be bringing some furniture when I move in but am open to prospective tenants bringing their furniture too.

Rent is £350 including Broadband, Sky+ TV, TV License, Water, Gas, Electricity & Council Tax. References will be required on signing tenancy.

I'm a friendly and considerate young professional. I'm a massive movie fan (Sky Movies included!) and like to socialise with some good food and the odd glass of wine. Looking for someone down to earth to chill out with, who is also respectful of the space we share.

Ideally looking for another professional or a mature student. No couples or DSS I'm afraid.

I also have a well behaved indoor cat. I would consider tenants with small pets (cats, rabbits etc) with a pet deposit but dogs wouldn't be suitable.
