It is 3 storey house with a spacious lounge and kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, 2 large fridge-freezers and a large flat screen TV. There are 2 bathrooms, one on the top floor right next to the bedroom up for rent. The room is a lovely double room with a desk, shelves, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a skylight window (pictured) with lovely sunset views! Wifi and virgin TV are up and running but no bills are included in the price.
The current 3 housemates have now moved home since finishing their degrees so you can have the house to yourself!
Free roadside parking is available right outside the front door.
The company are very efficient at fixing any problems that arise.
