We have a fully furnished double bedroom available in our friendly house share, around 15 mins walk from City Centre

The room is on the ground floor of the property, and comes fully furnished with a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk. It was decorated quite recently and had a new carpet around 12 months ago.

The house is well equipped and has a lovely garden for summer!

The other housemates are lovely, very quiet, working people.

Bills are included, as is broadband and TV licence.

The house is about 15 mins walk from town, or is very close to to main bus routes to the City Centre or QMC. There is ample on street parking outside the property.

Available from 1st June as current tenant is moving on.

There is an admin fee of £29 payable on application.

Deposit of £295 plus rent of £295 due at start of tenancy.
