Spare room in picturesque, relaxed house.

I'm looking for a third housemate to fill our spare room in our house.
We have one shower, two toilets but no bath.
The living room is very comfortable and has cable tv.
The kitchen is brand new and has pretty much everything you could want.
I currently live with a friend who has lived with me for several years in a different house that we shared with one other person.
We're both very easy going and comfortable living with other people, both men and women.
We're more than willing to let you go about your business but we're happy to chat too.
We're pretty quiet but we won't begrudge an early morning stumble, whether you're coming back or leaving, probably because we'll do the same from time to time.
We don't have pets but we do have an occasional interloper that I've named Stubbs so if you have pets, we don't really mind.
