This is a large house close to the city centre and the City Centre campus of Nottingham Trent University. It is approximately a quarter of a mile from the main buildings. It backs onto the beautiful Arboretum park and is very close to a tramstop.

The house has 7 double bedrooms, 6 of them very large and one smaller.

There is a communal kitchen and living space equiped with a washing machine, dryer, dish washer and fridge freezers.

There is a communal bathroom with a bath/shower and two rooms with a en suite bathrooms plus a cloakroom toilet downstairs.

Every bedroom has an internet socket and the interent comes included in the price of the house.

There is street parking for those with a residents permit but it is possible to fit up to 3 cars on the drive of the house.

All rooms have individually controlled electric convection heaters.
