Must see flat in West Bridgeford

I have recently secured a 2 bed flat in West Bridgford and I am looking for somebody to rent the other room.

The room which is available is a spacious double room, furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. If any other furniture is needed for example a desk this can be provided. The room is not an ensuite room but you will have the main use of the bathroom in the property, as the other room (my room) has an ensuite.

The communal area consists of an open plan kitchen/dining/living room with two sofas and tv. Appliances include fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, hob.

All bills are included (except council tax if you are a working professional)

This is a really nice spacious property in the much sought after area of West Bridgford with great links (and very close) to the city centre.

I am just looking for someone who is easy to get on with and who I can have a chat or watch a bit of tv with whilst having dinner. I am easy going and love to socialise but will be working so won't be looking to have any crazy parties throughout the week (at weekends feel free to do whatever).
