Lovely affordable one bedroom flat

Having relocated from Nottingham to Yorkshire, l am looking to rent out my home to a conscientious, non-smoking tenant.

It's a one bedroom flat that is fully furnished. This includes white goods, kitchen equipment and a 32" TV. The property is light, spacious and well-maintained, and has central heating and double glazing throughout. I have also had a new boiler installed in April.

The neighbours are very friendly, there is ample parking available and four nearby bus routes into town and the City Hospital, including one that stops just at the back of the flat. It's a quiet area, there's a corner shop 30 seconds away and the Top Valley Tesco Extra is just a 10 minute walk door-to-door.

For a minimum 6 month contract, I will be asking for £450 rent per month, with the same amount as a deposit. This is excluding bills. Fortunately the property is very cheap to run, with council tax of £66 and combined gas and electricity of £54 per month.

This is a lovely home, that has kept me & my previous tenants very happy. They were a couple who have stayed for two years and l am sure it will provide a great living area for you too.
