A nice double room with neutral colors, currently has a wardrobe, desk, bedside table, single bed and mirror. We're happy to remove anything should you not want it.
Bathroom has a nice powerful shower, bath, sink and toilet. The living room is a relaxed room with sofas and TV/Virgin Media. There is a large kitchen with the usual appliances, fridge, freezer, washing machine and a good deal of storage space. We have a large back garden and front driveway that can accommodate two parked cars(if parked properly 😊). The house has high speed broadband and central heating, we are a young family with a room to let to a professional (preferably) I am a professional working in CCTV, in my free time I enjoy socializing, going out and improving our home. We are looking for a likeminded individual who is tidy, social and clean. Bills are included in the price stated but are willing to hear offers. Also the house is located minutes from the bus route to the city centre and also less than a minutes drive from the ring road which connects to the university, both the city's hospitals and the City Centre.
