Nice housemate wanted for a friendly, laid-back houseshare with 3 current tenants, near Hyson Green.
The room is a double room with a *MONTHLY* rent of £112. 50, plus bills of approximately £20-30 (including water, electricity, gas, and internet).
The room is unfurnished, although we may be able to source basic furniture if you don't have any. There is a water basin in the room.
The house is located near Hyson Green and is in Radford. It is a 15 minute to the town centre, 10 mins to Nottingham Trent University, and 30 mins to University of Nottingham. It is also on a bus route in to town.
The current housemates are lovely (if we do say so ourselves). Very friendly and laid back, we often cook and eat together but no pressure. We share basics in the kitchen.
The room is available from the 25th and the term is around 6 months but we can discuss.
