Room To Rent In City Centre Flat, Great Location

My flat mate is moving out at the beginning of March but I love the flat and want to stay so I'm looking for someone to rent her room.

The flat is on the 4th floor, 2 beds with one modern bathroom and a large kitchen-dining-living room space. The room is furnished and there is good storage. There is underground secure parking available at additional cost. It's a 3 minute walk from the station so a really good location.

I have lived here a year since moving from London so am looking for a flat mate who will also be a friend! I'm very tidy and sociable, looking for someone similar. I work full time and often go to the gym in the evenings. If you're happy to chat over a glass of wine I think we'd get on well!
