Double room for student/professional LentonVillage

Hello.
We are looking for a friendly and tidy student (master/PhD) or young professional (up to 30) to share a 3 bed house FROM THE 1ST OF SEPTEMBER with two housemates (Dan, young professional, Italian and David, PhD student from Germany). We are really laid back but we do also respect other people privacy.

The house is situated in the popular and quiet LENTON VILLAGE estate, just next to The University of Nottingham Jubilee campus, 10-15 min walking to QMC and University Park. The city center is just at 15-20 min walking, buses to city run all day and they are just down the road.
5 minutes walking from Lidl, Sainsbury's, Savoy cinema, pubs and gym.

The RENT is £265 a month, bills excluded. This price is considerably low for the type of house because we rent the whole property for 12 months. Because that we are looking for someone that will share the house with us for the whole period (NO SHORT LETTINGS!).
