Double Room with Ensuite (NG1) all bills incl.

We are three female students currently attending Nottingham Trent University with a room made available after our friend is no longer attending. The room is fully furnished and a decent size with double bed and en-suite, it also has all Inclusive bills, including TV license and WiFi Internet. The location is situated in the heart of the city campus, a one minute walk to NTU buildings and 3 minutes to CornerHouse in the city centre. The kitchen has a nice view which looks out onto the Arkwright Building, as well as being furnished with all the essentials as well as a TV. Due to it being a highly popular student area a fellow student or young professional would be the ideal tenant although we are open to other offers.
