1 Single room for single occupancy

I have 1 good sized single room for rent in my house, with 2 others that are already let, shared bathroom with toilet, shower & bath; kitchen, dining room, lounge, downstairs toilet... all mod cons!!! All bills included in rent.

Nice small garden and off street parking for two cars. Plenty of inside storage for bikes etc.

Five minute drive from M1, two minutes walk from two bus stops that are on routes straight into town - 20 minute bus ride to the city centre. Jubilee Campus is 2. 2miles and on bus route.

Myself and my dad maintain the garden and keep an eye on the house, so any problems can be sorted out asap. At least 24 hours notice given on any visits.
