Double Room in Fifth Floor Apartment, Great Views

Hello there,

I am a 27 year old female and I am looking to let the spare room in my apartment.
The apartment is near Canning Circus approximately ten minutes walk from the City Centre and is part new build and part converted mill, with a courtyard area. There are two bedrooms in total and a good sized bathroom with full bath and a shower over it. The living/kitchen/dining area is open plan, and with the apartment being on the fifth floor, has great views over the city. On street parking.

The rent is £270 per month with bills and utilities separate but it is a warm apartment so these are very reasonable. In addition there is Sky TV and unlimited Wi-Fi. All together it is approximately £400 per month. The room is a good size and currently has a double bed, desk and wardrobe in it, to give you some idea of the size, and has a large window and laminate flooring.

Ideally I would like to live with someone aged between 24 and 35 but would be happy to meet anyone interested to see if we would get on.
