I have a spare double room available right in the city centre.
All bills are included as well and the internet, nice large paved back garden for you to have a party or bbq and stuff in, there are three others in the flat, all sound people tidy fun and really just want another person to share the flat along with them.
Its mins away from the NTU city campus. Its fairly new with modern furniture inside. Washer and dryer so you don't have to worry about drying your double sheets when the weather is crap.
The contract starts from the 15th of this month to the middle of July 2015 there is NO deposit to pay just your rent when your student loan comes in.
