It is a 1 minute walk to the bus stop and is a 10 minute drive into Nottingham City Centre. Also, an excellent location if you work in Nottingham City Hospital or in Mansfield/Hucknall. We have convenience stores (Aldi, Co-op and Sainsbury’s) within a 10 minute walk, all located on Mapperley Top. The room is fully furnished and bills included (electricity, water, tv, phone and internet). Council tax is £70 on top if you are a working professional but exempt if you are a student.
