Hello,

My name is Josie and I have a bright double room available in my home. I currently only share with my cat Squidge.

The room comes furnished as you can see in the pictures. There is a shared living room with Sky Tv including Movies and the F1 channel.

There is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. An open fire when it gets cooler.

There's a cute garden with BBQ. Shed with access to store bikes or if you prefer in the basement. On street parking always available permit free.

Great local pub, Gladstone.

The bathroom has an electric shower and bath.

The rent includes all bills, but if you would like to have Breakfast and Dinner included then this can be arranged for a little bit extra.

Location is very convienient for Sherwood and Nottingham City Centre, trent uni and for Nottingham City Hospital. Plenty of bus routes on Mansfield Rd and Hucknall Rd 2mins walk away. 10min fast walk into town.
