A lovely double bedroom in a semi-detached house in a quiet residential area in Bestwood, Nottingham with 2 professionals, that I have rented via Alex Clark Lettings. The property is 5-10 minutes walk from the City Hospital. The property has a live in landlord (a music teacher/producer) who is at the property Wednesday to Friday most weeks. Sadly I am having to leave the property prematurely, and have 4 months of my contract remaining.
