Room with 3/4 bed available, friendly house

The house consists of a large kitchen, 2 bathrooms, projector room, pool table/games room and 5 bedrooms as well as an outside paved area for smoking. We have 4 students who will all be moved in by the 20th sept, 3 are going to UoN and 1 is going to Trent, please email me if interested :)

* The room is furnished with a large desk, bed and chair, also all rooms have hardwired internet and wifi (which is included in bill as well as gas electric water and tv licensing)
