Single furnished room available in 2 bed room apt for £90 a week - 10min walk to Univ of Nott.
I am looking for a male/ female to sublet a single room with shared bath. Room is available starting NOW until December (maybe longer). I am looking for somebody who can preferably sub-lease for 1-2 months at the least.
About the place!
The room is completely furnished-- with a bed, mattress, closet, study desk and study chair. Apartment is spacious enough for two people, with plenty of window lighting and great, new utilities
Apartment is large, quiet and clean. You will be staying with one other third year student from the University of Nottingham. Looking for someone that is responsible, easy going and fun!
It's really a great deal because the actual base rent is £100 per week, but because of some last minute changes-- I will be taking this semester off and need somebody to fill my spot. You will be getting a great place for £40 less per month. Price is further negotiable.
