Housemate Wanted! 1 Spare Room Close To Uni

Spare room ready to be taken in a house on Derby Road, as I am taking a year out due to unforeseen circumstances, and looking for someone to rent it out to.

- It is a single, large room with a double bed, large desk and wardrobe
- There is broadband connection already installed.
- Shared spaces are kitchen (with 2 fridge freezers & microwave), living room and laundry room (with washing machine & tumble dryer).
- 3 bathrooms to be shared between 5 tenants: 1 large bathroom with proper shower/bathtub and toilet, 1 small shower room and 1 WC.
- Large garden at the back as well
- Secure private parking in front of the house

Rent is bimonthly (from 01/10/14 - 30/07/15 but can arrange for move-in in Sept),
which is ridiculously cheap for a very nice house with a good location, being:
- Right next to bus stop with regular buses to city centre
- 3 minutes walk to University Park Campus and Queen Medical Center, 10 minutes to Jubilee Campus and any big supermarket.

House is shared among 2 girls and 2 boys (1 studying mechanical engineering, 1 architecture and 2 medicine at University of Nottingham), all second year but, from what I know being good friends of mine, are extremely mature, studious, lovely and sociable people to live with.

(We don't mind what year you're in (Third Year/PhD/Masters/etc.) or where you're from, even what university you go to. We're open to anyone and simply just want another housemate, but preferably a student.)
