The property is in a nice area not to far from town and Mapperley top, literally around the corner from a bus stop. The property does have Shared bathroom with shower, kitchen and living area. I do have a cat so an animal person is required as she loves people a lot! street parking, WiFi use is also included. I would like to find someone who is easy to communicate with as I am a friendly bubbly person and tidy, I do like to socialise as well as enjoy time on my own.
