This is a really nice room in a lovely house, well-maintained and decorated to a high standard, in a quiet part of the Old Meadows. There is one other double bedroom (mine), and two bathrooms. I am a professional male, quiet, clean and considerate, looking for someone to rent the spare room.
The house is in a great location: 15 minutes' walk to Nottingham (station), 10 minutes to West Bridgford shops, and close to a regular bus route. Two minutes' walk away is the Embankment, for walking or jogging by the river.
Rent includes the use of a washing machine, a well-fitted modern kitchen, a comfortable first floor lounge, shared dining room, and broadband. Parking is on-street, by permit.
