D, internet access and 2 seater leather sofa, Small Kitchen with microwave with a built in oven, fridge with small freezer. En suite bathroom with shower, double bed and wardrobe and direct access to the garden area. The street we live on is very quiet, calm, well maintained with fantastic views of Nottingham.

Please note that this annex would be completely your own space as separate access is gained from the side steps of the house. The door that joins the main house to the annex is kept locked and access would only be gained with permission from either party.

We would prefer a working profeccional looking for a homelier alternative to a hotel. Our house is 1. 5 miles from the city centre with bus stops within a 2 minute walk.
