I live in the annex therefore only the 2 of you will share main house. I am fairly quiet but am always available for a natter.

Dining kitchen is a great space for entertaining (includes washing machine and dishwasher).
Bathroom is fully tiled and has electric shower over bath

10 minute walk to the city hospital
