We have one double room available from 4th January 2026. For reasons of faith this is an all female house.

This is a well kept, comfortable and quiet house and would suit someone who appreciates sharing with considerate and tidy housemates. The bathroom is upstairs and has a bath, wash basin, toilet and a shower cubical.

Close to city centre and QMC, NTU and Asda superstore, 100m to the bus stop, 600m to the tram stop. 150m Tesco Express, KFC, cash machine. Free parking. Shared rooms are cleaned every two weeks.

The tenants are professionals/mature student females. They are lovely young women and deserve another pleasant, easy going, clean and tidy person to take the fourth room.

We are looking for a considerate and friendly professional/mature student or postgrad to share this quiet house. We are great landlords and we keep the house well maintained. References from previous tenants are available for assurance.

The available double room is £490 per month/£122.50 per week.

This includes TV license, water, council tax and unlimited broadband. Gas and electric is additional at 12.5% of the total of the monthly bill. This averages at £20 per month through winter and £10 per month through summer.
