2 double rooms in detached house in Bakersfield/ Carlton area - kids all grown up and gone so bouncing around in an empty house. Good sized rooms - 2 available but would do a deal if you want both rooms - one as a bedroom, one as a living room/office etc. Will furnish with the basics but happy to allow your stuff as well - fairly chilled landlord - work away a lot so not always there - good bathroom and shower and a nice garden. Would consider letting both rooms together
