Room for 2014/15 in Lenton, Nottingham

I have a room available in Lenton. I'm taking a year out from uni so I have a spare room in my house with friends. It's very modern, comfortable and clean. sharing with 4 other girls. It's walking distance to Nottingham uni and v close to the Savoy cinema, so easy access to bus to either city centre/ nottingham uni. Rent is paid termly and includes TV/internet, but works out to £72 p week including internet. Bills are extra but my housemates say it works out fairly cheap, about £5 per week. I've already paid the rent for this term so I could offer you a discount for the rest of the rent until Christmas.
