Double room in chic, high spec flat in the heart of the lace market. You would have your own large, bathroom, and share an elegant, large living room with fully equipped kitchen. Rent includes all bills and a cleaner once a week.
I am an Italian professional, who likes art, music, going to the gym, enjoying a night out as well as relaxing at home watching a movie or one of my favourite sitcoms.
I would like to share with a professional, preferably female, who is clean and tidy, respectful of others' people privacy but also sociable and friendly. Mondays-Friday occupancy requests preferred.
