Room to rent in student house

Looking for a student to take my room in a five bed house when I go away on an International exchange programme in February. It is a fully furnished, good size room at the top of the house with a lovely view. The house is just a five minute walk from Nottingham Trent University city campus. There is a living room with flat screen TV, kitchen, small back garden, two bathrooms- one with a shower and bath. All bills are included in the rent and I have already paid for the Virgin wifi and TV for the year.
