I have a two bedroom flat, the room has a desk, a double bed, a bedside table and a wardrobe.

There is private parking outside, the city centre is a 10 minute drive, there is also a bus stop directly outside.

I am a busy person, I work a lot and often study. I'm looking for someone who has a similar proactive attitude to me and takes pride in a tidy house!

My room has an en suite so the bathroom will be entirely yours.

Bills are included (energy, water, sky) however council tax is not included.
