Large bedroom for rent in shared student house

1 large double bedroom is available to rent within a 4 bedroom shared student house. There are 3 male 2nd year students from the University of Nottingham currently living there. I've been unable to move into the property due to unforseen circumstances resulting in a move back to Sheffield.

The house has both a fantastic living area with free view TV, as well as a spacious kitchen and dining area which includes a large dining table. The garden consists of a large square patio with a washing line.

The room itself is very spacious and has a double bed, large desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, radiator and multiple plug sockets for all your appliances. The house and landlord are really nice. Any problems we deal directly with the landlord not a letting agent.
