Newly decorated/New Kitchen clean modern home

Hi, I currently live in a 3 bed property in Wollaton, Nottingham. I am a PE teacher and i'm currently in my first year of teaching at a local school. I am very sociable and enjoy Sport, dining, drinking etc. but also work very hard.

The property has recently been painted and has had brand new flooring throughout. It is clean, tidy and modern. It is situated close to the QMC and is only 10 mins away from the City Centre.

I have a large double room for rent. It is currently furnished however if you have your own furniture then this could be removed. The property is very spacious with a large lounge and a large kitchen/diner which has only recently been fitted. It also has a large garage which could be used for storing bikes etc. There is a front and back garden.

The rent would include council tax however we would have to share the gas and electric. These are both on a card meter so there wouldn't be any huge costs, just a small amount each month that we would all contribute.
