Furnished double room in big detached house

Hi there, thanks for looking at my ad :)

I am a professional (young) 37 year old male looking to rent the other double room where I live.
The house is a lovely 3 bed detached house, 5 mins from QMC and about 10 mins from town.
I work full time Monday to Friday and like to relax at the weekend. I regularly have gigs with my band and if I'm not doing that I like to go for drinks with friends etc.

I am very easy going, I like to keep the house clean and tidy and would like someone who is the same.
I'm not looking for someone who wants to party all the time, but I do like to let my hair down at weekends. Equally it would be nice to live with someone who can hold a good conversation, have a few drinks with, watch films etc. Just someone fun and respectful.

Rent is £300 and half the bills is £150, so total per month will be £450.
